What Are Strawberry Banana Yogurt Bites?

Imagine the creamy goodness of yogurt combined with the sweet flavors of strawberries and bananas, but in a light, crispy bite. That’s exactly what these freeze-dried snacks are! The freeze-drying process removes all the moisture while keeping the flavor and nutrients intact. The result? A fun, crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth treat that you can take anywhere!

Why You’ll Love Them

Super Tasty – The perfect balance of creamy yogurt, sweet bananas, and juicy strawberries.
Nutritious – Packed with real fruit and probiotics from yogurt—good for your tummy!
On-the-Go Friendly – No fridge? No problem! These are mess-free and easy to pack.
Great for Kids (and Adults!) – Toddlers love them, and honestly, so do we.

Fun Ways to Enjoy Them

Not sure how to eat these little bites of happiness? Try them like this:
Straight from the bag – No prep, no mess—just snack and enjoy!
Toss them on cereal or oatmeal – Adds a fruity crunch to your breakfast.
Rehydrate them – Mix with a little milk for a creamy, yogurt-like treat.
Blend into smoothies or desserts – A fun way to boost flavor and texture!

Want to Make Your Own?

If you have a freeze-dryer, making these at home is super easy! Here’s how:
1️⃣ Blend Greek yogurt, strawberries, and bananas.
2️⃣ Spoon or pipe small drops onto a tray. (I use the Harvest Right silicone food molds.)
3️⃣ Freeze-dry following your machine’s instructions- Add an extra 12 hours to the final dry time (strawberries have small seeds that may hold onto moisture)
4️⃣ Store in an airtight container and snack away!

  • 5 C whole strawberries

Directions

Notes

  • Always add extra freeze-dry time to foods with small seeds. They hold onto moisture and can seem dry when they are not. Add at least 8 hours of dry time.
